  5. This file contains information regarding the posting of the
  6. Hot Keys package, version 1.6, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  8. For sample descriptions which you may use to describe the product
  9. please refer to the DESCRIBE.TXT text file.

  19. Limited Distribution License:

  21. As the exclusive copyright holder for Hot Keys, the R2M Software Company
  22. authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with the following
  23. restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should refer to the
  24. VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license information.

  26. The Hot Keys package is defined as containing all the material listed in
  27. the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed in the PACKING.LST text
  28. file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then the package is
  29. not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain
  30. a complete package suitable for distribution.

  32.     o  The Hot Keys package - including all related program
  33.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  34.        way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  35.        and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  36.        exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  37.        all files that are part of the Hot Keys package.
  38.  
  39.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  40.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  41.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  42.        downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  43.        small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  44.        number into the compressed file, which will display when
  45.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  46.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  47.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  48.        unmodified and complete.

  50.     o  The R2M Software Company prohibits the distribution of outdated
  51.        versions of the Hot Keys package, without written permission from
  52.        the R2M Software Company.  If the version you 
  53.        have obtained is over twelve (12) months old, please
  54.        contact us to ensure that you have the most current
  55.        version.
  56.  
  57.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  58.        or transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  59.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  60.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  62.     o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  63.        disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  64.        and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  65.        restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  66.        software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  67.        Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  68.        252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
